All value and rent figures are automated statistical model outputs provided for general information only. They are not professional valuations, financial product advice or a recommendation to transact. Do not rely on them for lending, legal, taxation or investment decisions; obtain advice from licensed professionals.
2. Data & accuracy
This demonstration operates on a synthetic sample dataset. Figures do not describe real transactions or real properties, and any resemblance of a generated address to a real dwelling is coincidental. A production deployment must operate only on lawfully licensed data with source attribution.
3. Privacy
Contact details submitted through forms are stored solely to respond to your enquiry (e.g. matching you with an agent you requested). We do not sell personal information. You may request deletion at any time. A production deployment must comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, including a full privacy policy, consent records and data-breach procedures.
4. Acceptable use
Automated scraping, bulk extraction or resale of site data is not permitted without a written data licence.
